The platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by RoofOps and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoofOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Payment and Billing

By choosing a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Refunds are available according to our refund policy.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
